What countries do you ship to?

I currently ship to USA and UK only.

Do you provide free shipping for all of your products?

Yes. When adding your address in at checkout, it will say FREE under the shipping tab, once verified as a UK or USA address.

How long will it take to receive my products?

It will take up to 2-10 days to receive products in the USA. In the UK we aim for the same but can vary up to 14 days.

What is your return/refund policy?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns.
However, we offer a 60-day refund policy. Customers may request a refund within 60 days of delivery without providing a reason. Just email binxie@mail.com and i will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your email.

Can i change or cancel my order after placing it?

Our items are processed quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Because of this, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. If there’s an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
